Finalizing The Plan

  1. Check local calendars to make sure your event does not overlap with other events.

  2. Make a poster. Create your own or use one of our templates found in Additional Resources. Have fun with this! Make it unique and easy to read.

  3. Send digital poster to your supporting community leader for their approval and feedback.

  4. Do your friends want to help? Give them important roles. See Additional Resources for some fun ideas for your helpers.
